Collections Supervisor

• Supervise the collection team, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.

• Develop collection strategies and plans to improve recovery rates and reduce bad debts.

• Communicate with delinquent customers in a professional manner to encourage them to pay.

• Prepare periodic reports on collection performance and the status of delinquent accounts.

• Directly handle complex collection cases and complaints.

• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure the accuracy of customer data.

• Ensure the team adheres to company policies and legal procedures related to collections.

• Train and mentor collection staff to improve their skills and enhance their performance.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in the collections field, including at least one year in a supervisory position.
