🚀 About the Role
Capital360 Event Experiences, part of the ADNEC Group, is seeking a
Commercial Account Manager
to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver high-quality exhibition stand and event solutions.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in exhibitions, client engagement, and solution-based selling. You will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio while ensuring exceptional delivery across exhibition and non-exhibition projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales and retention targets.

Identify and convert new business opportunities within the exhibitions and events sector.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.

Sell exhibition stand builds and integrated event solutions from concept to contract.

Develop pricing strategies and customized proposals in coordination with the Commercial Director.

Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.

Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
Operational & Financial Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor commercial performance, payment milestones, and contract compliance.

Support post-event reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Support pricing strategies and go-to-market planning.

Contribute to brand visibility and commercial positioning of Capital360.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing (preferred).
Experience
-
3–5 years of experience in the exhibitions or events industry.

Minimum 1 year in a client-facing commercial or sales role.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Core Skills

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Solid understanding of the UAE exhibitions and events market.

Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
