Job Title: Commercial Account Manager – Exhibition Stand Builds

🚀 About the Role

Capital360 Event Experiences, part of the ADNEC Group, is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver high-quality exhibition stand and event solutions.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in exhibitions, client engagement, and solution-based selling. You will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio while ensuring exceptional delivery across exhibition and non-exhibition projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales and retention targets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the exhibitions and events sector.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Sell exhibition stand builds and integrated event solutions from concept to contract.
  • Develop pricing strategies and customized proposals in coordination with the Commercial Director.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Operational & Financial Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor commercial performance, payment milestones, and contract compliance.
  • Support post-event reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support pricing strategies and go-to-market planning.
  • Contribute to brand visibility and commercial positioning of Capital360.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing (preferred).

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in the exhibitions or events industry.
  • Minimum 1 year in a client-facing commercial or sales role.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Core Skills

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the UAE exhibitions and events market.
  • Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
