We are seeking a motivated and analytical
Junior Commercial Customer Insights Lead
to support our team in turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with up to
2 years of experience
in business analysis, market research, or a similar field, who is eager to develop their career in customer and commercial insights.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret customer, sales, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.

Support in designing and delivering customer insight reports, dashboards, and presentations for commercial teams.

Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

Maintain and update customer insight databases and dashboards.

Translate findings into simple, actionable insights for stakeholders acrossthe business.

Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and projects as required by the Customer Insights Manager.
Skills& Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or
related field.

Up to 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., customer insights, business analysis, marketing analytics, market research).

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex data.

Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
