We invite "Head of Commercial Excellence" candidates who will be a key player in our global digital business transformation journey and be a part of the LAV Family.


What you'll be doing?

  • Ensuring that the business model is managed in accordance with the commercial strategy
  • Reviewing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing processes
  • Monitoring the performance of sales, design, marketing and business development, tracking and reporting KPIs
  • Conducting NPS studies to increase customer satisfaction and evaluating customer feedback, understanding customer needs and creating customer service strategies for these needs
  • Assuming ownership of CRM systems, organizing training on CRM use and applications within the company, and managing these processes effectively
  • Identifying and implementing customer segmentation strategies
  • Taking actions to improve customer experience
  • Developing the company's overall business strategy based on market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis; Ensuring that Sales and Marketing teams work in an integrated and effective manner in line with the established commercial strategy
  • Systematically identifying and evaluating potential risks in commercial operations, developing and implementing risk management strategies accordingly
  • Choosing appropriate technology and automation tools (ORM, e-commerce, portal, etc.), communicating with central IT, managing the application, constantly promoting innovative approaches to improve business processes
  • Managing budgets, ensure resources are used effectively, and manage commercial projects
  • Providing regular communication and reporting with senior management and other units, sharing developments in the field of commercial excellence


Who we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferably a Master’s degree)
  • Experienced in understanding and managing distributor and customer structures
  • Experienced in customer segmentation
  • Highly skilled in planning and organization tasks
  • A good team player with customer orientation and effective communication skills
  • Experienced in work plan creation and budget monitoring
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong knowledge of digital sales tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent)
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to decision-making as well as presentation and reporting skills
