Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Executive (Fresh Graduate / Entry Level) to support our procurement and supply chain team. The role will be responsible for creating Purchase Orders (POs), processing Goods Received Notes (GRNs), coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate data entry in our systems. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in procurement, supply chain, or commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management:
• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers as per buying requirements.
• Ensure POs are aligned with agreed pricing, quantities, and timelines.
• Goods Receiving & Documentation:
• Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) upon delivery.
• Verify that received goods match PO in terms of SKU, quantity, and price.
• Escalate discrepancies to the commercial or warehouse teams.
• Supplier Coordination:
• Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Share order confirmations, resolve basic queries, and maintain smooth communication.
• Support Functions:
• Assist the procurement/commercial team with vendor onboarding documentation.
• Support daily reporting on stock availability and order status.
• Work closely with finance and warehouse teams for alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good with numbers and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry)
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
