Job Purpose
To execute operational tasks related to identifying new locations, evaluating business opportunities, following up on contractual procedures, and preparing sites for operation. The role ensures accurate documentation of all branch contracts and data in line with the approved expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities

Search for strategic locations for new Barns branches across all regions based on expected revenue and added value.

Study markets and neighborhoods to identify expansion opportunities based on population density and competition.

Coordinate with relevant departments (Operations, Construction, Maintenance, Legal, Finance) to complete all procedures required for new branch openings.

Follow up on existing branch contracts and renew them on time in coordination with the Legal Department.

Continuously and accurately update contract and site data in the electronic system and document management tools.

Coordinate with property owners, real estate developers, and fuel stations to secure the best locations and leasing terms.

Conduct initial negotiations with property owners to obtain the best prices and terms before escalation to management.

Follow up on all financial payments related to rent, taxes, and government service bills.

Participate in preparing studies for alternative sites and replacement plans for high-income strategic locations.

Contribute to studying government opportunities and participating in public tenders and competitions.

Prepare periodic reports for the department head highlighting contract status, project progress, and overall workflow.

Perform additional tasks as required that align with departmental goals and responsibilities.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate , commercial leasing, or branch expansion.

Strong knowledge of market analysis and site selection strategies.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
