Job Purpose:

The Commercial Sales Representative (BMU) is responsible for driving sales and business growth of Building Maintenance Units (BMU) and façade access solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring successful execution of commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for BMU systems in the construction and façade access industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams to prepare accurate costing and technical solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales and achieve profitability goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Attend client meetings, project presentations, and industry events to promote company products and capabilities.
  • Ensure all sales documentation, CRM data, and client communications are updated and accurately maintained.
  • Collaborate with project and technical departments to ensure smooth handover of awarded projects.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BMU, façade access systems, or construction equipment sales in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of BMU systems, façade access equipment, and related industry standards.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing complex technical sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
