Commercial Growth Intern

A Commercial Growth Intern supports business development, sales, and marketing teams to accelerate revenue through market research, lead generation, and client outreach. Typical duties include analyzing competitor landscapes, maintaining CRM data, creating pitch materials, and supporting sales team initiatives. Ideal candidates are analytical, proactive, and pursuing business-related degrees.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify potential clients, market trends, and new opportunities through research and data handling.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Support sales teams by researching potential clients, making outbound calls, and sending emails to prospective partners.
  • Sales Enablement & CRM Management: Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks. Maintain accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze customer data, develop reports on key metrics, and support tracking sales initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Support: Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to implement growth strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Analytical Abilities: High proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate company value propositions.
  • Proactivity: A proactive, curious, and "self-starter" mindset to work in fast-paced or startup environments.
