Schebler Company, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a dedicated Commercial HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring outstanding service to our customers and supporting our skilled service technicians.
As a Commercial Service Dispatcher, your focus will be:
Customer-Centric Service: Answer incoming service calls promptly, schedule service calls, address inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Efficient Scheduling: Schedule or dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations based on customer requests, specifications, or needs.
Document Management: Review and coordinate all incoming paperwork from service technicians, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Billing Accuracy: Verify billing data accuracy, revise errors, and prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices, recording amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
Data Maintenance: Maintain the master mailer and PSA listing, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
Customer Engagement: Call PSA customers, schedule appointments, and ensure proactive communication to meet customer needs.
Collaborative Team Player: Work as a team player in the Service, Residential, and HVAC departments to foster a positive work environment and achieve departmental goals.
Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: At least two years of dispatching and/or customer service experience preferred.
