We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. As a vital part of our maintenance services, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawns and properties. This role requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality lawn care services.

Pay is based on experience. Overtime available.

Duties

• Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
• Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Hedge trimming, weed spraying, and debris removal on properties to ensure an overall clean aesthetic.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various lawn care activities.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal preparations.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is required.
• Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape care and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
