Commercial Lines Account Manager (Bilingual – Spanish Required)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and grow our expanding commercial insurance division. This role manages day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts while assisting with new business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial lines accounts (GL, BOP, Property, Auto, WC, etc.)
• Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Process endorsements, renewals, audits, and policy changes
• Handle billing inquiries and carrier communication
• Market and negotiate renewal accounts as needed
• Support quoting and placement of new business
• Provide exceptional customer service in English and Spanish

Qualifications:

• Commercial lines experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• 2-20 license preferred; 4-40 license accepted
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages
• Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals
• Organized, proactive, and growth-oriented

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
