Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in the HVAC/MEP contracting sector. The role involves managing financial operations, handling contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and prepare annual financial reports.
• File FTA returns on time and handle banking/credit facilities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and warranties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee legal documentation and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory).
• 7–10 years of experience in finance/commercial roles, preferably in HVAC, construction, or engineering.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years’ work experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
