Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable effectively.

• Prepare annual financial reports and ensure timely filing of tax returns.

• Maintain banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and warranties.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

• Supervise all legal affairs and ensure proper documentation management.

Requirements

• 7 10 years of commercial or finance experience especially in engineering, HVAC, or construction.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
