As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities of the company.

The activities include:

1) Increasing Sales through order value/ quantity increase / customer acquisition

2) Effective management of B2B & B2C business - including large sales force management

3) Run a team of capable people.

4) Negotiation capability.

5 Desired Profile of the Candidate ∙

Experience in Commercial and E-Commerce activities in a leading manufacturing / FMCG Industry. ∙

Excellent communication ability to make strategic decisions / negotiation skills. ∙

Should have computer literacy.

∙Age 32-42 years. ∙Leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.

∙Proven track record of successful team management.

∙Sound knowledge of finance and pricing

∙Language speaking ability: -English -Fluent

Conversational level. -Tamil

Hindi - Conversational level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
