Commercial Project Manager - Siemens Energy, Dammam KSA

A Snapshot of Your Day: As a Commercial Project Manager (CPM) at Siemens Energy, you will navigate an agile environment, overseeing all commercial and financial aspects of projects. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure compliance with project management standards and financial reporting guidelines while managing risks, opportunities, and stakeholder requirements effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Oversee the completion of all commercial and financial matters for projects, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines.
• Analyze customer requirements and assess commercial and contractual feasibility for project implementation.
• Manage project risks and opportunities, including change orders and claims, in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Support procurement and logistics, leading payment certification for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and optimize financial results, including project gross profit and cash flow.
• Conduct lessons learned activities and ensure proper handling of project documentation and cash.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; a master’s degree or additional certifications are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to project execution, sales, and purchasing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related SAP modules, with excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in forecasting, reporting, and business controlling.
• IPMA or Siemens certification for “C” category projects.
