Key Responsibilities:

Represent and promote commercial properties including office spaces, retail units, and mixed-use buildings across Dubai

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, corporate tenants, and investors

Conduct property viewings, presentations, and lease or sale negotiations

Stay up to date on market trends, zoning regulations, RERA laws, and ROI analysis

Proactively generate leads through networking, corporate outreach, and digital marketing

Collaborate with our in-house marketing and research teams to maximize property visibility

Uphold Spectre Capital’s brand values of intelligence, integrity, and discretion in every transaction

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (commercial or residential)

Proven track record in sales, leasing, or client management

Strong understanding of commercial leasing structures, tenancy laws, and corporate client needs

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Professional demeanor, ambition, and self-motivation
