Commercial Real Estate Attorney

McCorkle, Johnson & McCoy, LLP is a law firm specializing in real estate and construction law. We are currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our transactional team.

We are looking for a lateral hire with at least 2 years of experience in real estate, commercial leasing, commercial development and/or corporate law. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Practice Areas include: Commercial closings, commercial leasing, land use and development, corporate formation and transactions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate or corporate law.
• Admission to the Georgia bar with a willingness to seek admission to the South Carolina bar.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
