We are looking for a service dispatcher/admin to keep our service teams running smoothly. Previous service/mechanical dispatch experience is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Fill in for Dispatch & Administrative Asst due to coverage and volume of work.
• Will be cross-trained on both Dispatch/Administrative responsibilities.
• Dispatch technicians and manage schedules with zones that you are covering.
• Coordinate w/ department managers, techs, and customers.
• Monitor emails & respond to urgent requests.
• Help ensure work orders are completed efficiently.
• Support day-to-day administrative functions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with teams via phone and email.
• Managing multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Daily use of Outlook, Excel, Teams, and our current software Penta.

What we are looking for:

• Dispatch experience with Service/Mechanical Company required.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office a must-have.
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Problem-solver mindset with attention to detail.
• Previous administrative experience.
