Commercial Service Head - Cairo (3855)

  • Achieve the assigned corporate targets for the Branch through walk-in customers, relationship building, existing customer base, companies and new to bank clients in a transparent & ethical way.
  • Identify non- borrowing customers’ basic needs and Provide them with the basic information on all Bank’s product and service to increase customer awareness and ensure high level of quality service.
  • Handle non-borrowing customers queries and complaints and ensure effective closure within the set TAT to ensure a high level of quality service
  • Contribute with the Branch Manager in setting the corporate sales plan , daily sales activities and action plan to market and sell the bank's corporate products and services in addition to maintaining a solid relationship with important/sensitive customers while Identifying promising prospects to increase the portfolio and ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Coaches and advises subordinates on how to target and increase sales opportunities by providing the necessary guidance and support to promote a sales and service driven culture.
  • Transfer knowledge, provide guidance, influence and act as a role model to subordinates and younger staff and ensure that all new hires learning process is applied smoothly.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports including sales activities and call reports to the Branch Manager to track daily sales performance and achievements versus the set budget in addition to providing any required recommendations when needed.
  • Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures.
  • Implement approved department policies, and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
  • Supervise the team to implement the day-today operations assigned for the Branch to ensure compliance with the established policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal EG Bank policies and code of conduct to maintain EG Bank’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks .

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or its equivalence.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in sales or a relevant field, preferred exposure in Branches within Banking Industry, and leadership courses will be considered as an asset

  • Strong Business Acumen of external market and up-to date market trends and practices.
