Job Title: Commis Chef

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will support senior chefs in preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in preparing ingredients and basic cooking tasks

• Follow recipes accurately and ensure food is prepared to quality standards

• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas

• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

• Properly store and label food items and ingredients

• Learn and develop skills across different kitchen stations

• Comply with all food safety and health regulations

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required

• Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen hygiene

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
