Job Title: Commis

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commis to support the kitchen team in daily food preparation while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
• Follow instructions from Chefs and senior kitchen staff
• Prepare ingredients and maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Support daily kitchen operations and service
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Basic culinary knowledge or training
• Willingness to learn and work in a team
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends
• Good hygiene and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,200.00 per month
