Position Overview

The Commis Chef is responsible for assisting senior chefs with food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring consistency in quality. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts and eager to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong interest in food preparation and culinary development.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene Certification (mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
