Commis (Hot Section)

We are hiring a Commis – Hot Section to support our kitchen team in daily hot food preparation while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking hot dishes
• Follow recipes and the chef's instructions
• Maintain the cleanliness of the hot kitchen section
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
• Support the team during service hours

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or commis experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hot kitchen operations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with a willingness to learn
• Must be locally available in Bahrain
• Valid transferable visa preferred (LMRA compliant)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD120.000 - BD280.000 per month
