About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching IT solutions and services, and driving business growth through strategic sales efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients across UAE markets.
• Promote and sell IT products and services such as software solutions, web development, mobile apps, and digital transformation services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with prior IT or B2B sales experience in the UAE will have an advantage.
