Position Overview

We are seeking experienced or entry-level Tax Preparers who are driven, customer-focused, and ready to grow with us. This is a commission-based opportunity—your earnings are directly tied to your performance. Depending on the package you choose when joining, your commission splits will vary.

This role is perfect for individuals who are entrepreneurial, motivated by unlimited earning potential, and want the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate and timely federal and state income tax returns.
• Conduct client consultations to gather necessary financial information.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions and guiding them through the tax process.
• Stay up to date with IRS regulations and tax law changes.
• Uphold company values and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Prior tax preparation experience preferred but not required (training may be available).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a PLUS.
• Must be willing to learning marketing to attract clients.
• Must be able to obtain a PTIN # (Preparer Tax Identification Number)
• EFIN Holders Welcomed (EROs)

• Commission-based: Earnings depend on the package you select, which determines your commission split.
