THE ROLE

An elite US law firm is seeking a junior to mid level Associate (attorney) to join their boutique-feel M&A/PE team servicing major private equity clients in cutting edge deals. Must have 3 years' experience at a leading M&A or PE shop. This firm offers the same Biglaw work you're used to with a smaller boutique feel and Cravath salary/benefits.
