Commission Reconciliation - Assistant Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Salesforce and Oracle Fusion reconciliations, particularly in commission and payout processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end reconciliations between Salesforce and Oracle Fusion, ensuring data accuracy and timely resolution of variances
  • Record, track, and reconcile payouts in Oracle Fusion for accurate invoicing and payment reporting
  • Support commission processing and exception reviews in line with company policies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve reconciliation and system-related issues
  • Handle team of 6-7 people.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting excl article ship exp.
  • Strong knowledge of bank payment and accounting reconciliations and have handled volume transactions.
  • Advance Excel proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight timelines
  • Handled team.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience Sales Force and Oracle Fusion will be plus
  • Semi qualified preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
