Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Commission Sales Associate to join our team in Lahore District. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships with businesses, negotiating and closing sales deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience including prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Familiarity with the halal/kosher industry or e-commerce sector is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and handle client requests effectively
  • Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline preferred
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Fluency in English and local languages is advantageous
