Communication Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Communications Specialist to join our team.

No direct sales or deal closing on calls is required. This role focuses on appointment setting and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
• Schedule business meeting appointments for the sales team.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in communications, appointment booking or a related role.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills with a confident phone presence.
