CADit3D is a Lahore-based 3D design and animation studio, specializing in product modeling, rendering, engineering visualization, and product animations. We work with international clients and deliver high-quality product visuals.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Client Communication Coordinator who will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Your main responsibility will be to collect requirements from clients, communicate project updates, and share detailed tasks with the modeling, animation, and engineering teams .

This role is perfect for someone confident in communication, organized, and able to manage project information clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients to gather requirements and updates.
• Share exact instructions, references, client notes, and project details with internal teams.
• Coordinate daily with modeling, animation, rendering, and engineering departments.
• Create task breakdowns and ensure the team understands the requirements.
• Track work progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain reports, client feedback logs, and project documentation.
• Follow up with team members and resolve communication gaps.
• Ensure smooth flow of information from client → coordinator → team → final delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Management, IT, or relevant field.
• Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal).
• Strong understanding of 3D/design workflow.
• Familiarity with:
• Blender
• KeyShot
• SolidWorks
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and follow deadlines.
• Confident personality with strong follow-up ability.

Bonus Skills

• Experience communicating with global clients.
• Knowledge of task management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, Jira).
• Understanding of product animation pipelines.
