Role Overview:

As a Community Executive, you’ll be the face of Growork ensuring every member and guest feels welcome, engaged, and part of our thriving community. You’ll manage daily operations, coordinate events, and foster connections that strengthen the Growork culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Member Experience & Community Building

  • Be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome.
  • Handle member onboarding, orientation, and queries promptly.
  • Build relationships with members to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute community engagement activities, workshops, and networking events.

2. Operations & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day space management — cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of shared areas.
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for operational requirements.
  • Manage membership records, invoices, and renewals in coordination with the management team.
  • Support space tours, lead generation, and member retention efforts.

3. Marketing & Social Media Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media and event content.
  • Promote community events through digital channels and internal communication platforms.
  • Assist in creating newsletters, event recaps, and community updates.

4. Event Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-house events — from casual coffee meetups to professional workshops.
  • Partner with brands or startups for collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, coworking, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media tools.
