Job Purpose
Responsible for designing, operating, and maintaining the company’s communication systems across properties and corporate locations. Ensures network stability, high availability, and secure communication infrastructure to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain communication networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) across company sites and real estate projects.

Manage low-current and communication systems including
VoIP, CCTV, Access Control, IPTV, Intercom
, and fiber networks.

Monitor network performance, identify issues, and apply corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuity.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and service providers on infrastructure and system installations.

Maintain updated documentation, network diagrams, inventory, and technical manuals.

Support cybersecurity requirements related to communication systems and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and cost.

Provide technical support to operations, facility management, and office teams.

Manage ISP contracts and monitor service levels (SLAs).

Participate in planning and preparing communication infrastructure for new real estate developments.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field.

experience in communication systems and networking (preferably within real estate, FM, or multi-site environments).

Strong technical knowledge in:

Cisco / Fortinet / HP Networking

VoIP Systems

Fiber Optics
-
Structured Cabling

CCTV & Low-Current Systems

Good understanding of basic cybersecurity standards.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational pressure.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Competencies
-
Experience in managing technical projects (PMP or similar is a plus).

Strong communication and coordination skills for dealing with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Ability to prepare clear technical reports and provide business-aligned recommendations.
