Senior Manager – Executive Communications (Emiratisation)

We’re supporting a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi to hire an Emirati for a high-profile Senior Manager – Executive Communications role. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with the MD & Group CEO Office, shaping executive voice, visibility, and thought leadership at the highest level.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Develop and lead an executive communications strategy

🔹 Advise senior leadership on messaging, tone, and positioning

🔹 Craft speeches, talking points, op-eds, memos, and social content

🔹 Prepare the executive for interviews, panels, and major events

🔹 Manage executive visibility across media, events, and conferences

🔹 Lead internal communications for CEO-led initiatives

🔹 Shape and manage executive social media presence

🔹 Support sensitive and crisis-related communications

What We’re Looking For

✔ Emirati (mandatory)

✔ Extensive experience in executive or corporate communications

✔ Exceptional writing + storytelling skills

✔ Strong experience working with senior leadership

✔ Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments

✔ Bilingual Arabic/English strongly preferred

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Master’s preferred)
