Communications Lead

Responsibilities

1.Create project specific communication plan in accordance to the project plan/events

2.Design communication drafts based on the plan and required messaging.

3.Manage change network cadences and orientation

4.Works/liaisons with key stakeholders (business users, leaders) to understand communication requirements

5.Create/manage communication content development ensuring the artefacts are created as per the prescribed messaging and in-line with client branding guidelines

6.Work with client communication team for review and approval of the project communications

Experience – 8-10 years as Change and Communication lead for IT transformation programs.

Skill Set:

•Excellent verbal and written communication to be able to communicate and collaborate with broad spectrum (CXO , middle management, Frontline operatives) of stakeholders

•Good working knowledge of MS tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of content tools like Camtasia or Captivate is an added advantage

•Sensitive to cultural nuances of different geographical regions, communication and learning styles.
