We are currently seeking Communications Manager to join our amazing organization to help elevate our residents, leadership team, and employees to the next level. Your Role as Communications Manager at El Castillo
you will do (But no limited to:)

• Develop and help execute comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns aligned with organizational goals and values for both El Castillo communities (El Castillo Alameda/El Castillo Old Taos Highway).
• Create communication plans and timelines for key initiatives, identifying audiences, key messages, content needs, and delivery methods across multiple channels.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication plans and campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain brand integrity and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across print, digital, and in-person communication channels.
• Serve as the lead strategic social media manager, responsible for social content strategy, storytelling, audience engagement, community management, and performance analytics to grow El Castillo’s online presence and support business objectives.
• Manage and maintain community websites and social media platforms, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging content, including scheduling, posting, and responding.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Fluent Bi-lingual ability, with Spanish and English, written, listening, translating, and interpreting skills.
• 3 + years of communications, social media, PR, or digital marketing.
