The Communications Specialist is responsible for elevating Peppermill’s prestige across advertising goals, social media management and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Duties:

Create compelling content to include social media posts, story reels, graphics and video that aligns with company vision and captivates diverse audiences.
- Research, write and edit feature articles and stories for magazines and publications.
- Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars and advertising campaigns.
- Update and maintain company website to ensure accuracy, relevance and user engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with press opportunities; drafting press releases and external communications.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using reporting and analytics tools to provide insight and recommendations for future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated communications which promote Peppermill’s offers and maintain brand identity.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or a related field.
- Four or more years’ experience in communications, digital marketing and/or public relations.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid search campaigns.
- Proficient with analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Data Studio.
- Familiar with CMS platforms and SEO best practices.
- Competent with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or comparable design tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building a range of strong working relationships.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability the manage multiple priorities.
