- Manage daily email communication with international clients and partners.
- Draft, review, and respond to professional emails in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
- Maintain records of correspondence and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Support the recruitment team in candidate and client communication.
- Prepare and share reports, proposals, and official letters when required.
- Handle inquiries, provide necessary information, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform basic computer tasks including data entry, document formatting, and report preparation.
- Assist in other administrative and communication-related tasks as assigned.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong email communication and drafting expertise.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Clients, Internet Browsing).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional attitude and client-handling skills.
