  • Manage daily email communication with international clients and partners.
  • Draft, review, and respond to professional emails in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Maintain records of correspondence and ensure confidentiality of information.
  • Support the recruitment team in candidate and client communication.
  • Prepare and share reports, proposals, and official letters when required.
  • Handle inquiries, provide necessary information, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Perform basic computer tasks including data entry, document formatting, and report preparation.
  • Assist in other administrative and communication-related tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong email communication and drafting expertise.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Clients, Internet Browsing).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Professional attitude and client-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
