The position will oversee social media management, including content scheduling, posting, audience engagement, and monthly performance reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of social media strategy and insights.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms in alignment with the brand’s tone and marketing calendar.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for timely content delivery.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community relationships.
- Track performance, analyze results, and share monthly insights.
- Stay updated on trends and suggest creative ideas to boost engagement.
- Strengthen online community relationships and foster positive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
