Job Overview
NESL-IT is hiring a Community & Client Relations Executive to manage client engagement, co-working space walkthroughs, sales coordination, and day-to-day relationship management.
This role is ideal for someone confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with clients, visitors, and partners while supporting business growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct co-working space walkthroughs and client visits
- Pitch co-working services and support deal closing
- Communicate with clients, investors, and prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Build and maintain strong client and community relationships
- Coordinate client onboarding, renewals, and monthly invoicing
- Handle client queries and ensure smooth day-to-day experience
- Support management with customer coordination and follow-ups
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality
- Comfortable with sales conversations and client handling
- Ability to multitask and manage client relationships
- Experience in sales, customer relations, or co-working environments is a plus
