Community Manager

ROLE: Senior Community Manager

SALARY: 10,000-12,000 AED

LOCATION: Dubai (must be a UAE resident)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid UAE driving license (MANDATORY)

- Minimum 3 years UAE property management

- RERA qualified/certified

- Fluent English & Arabic preferred

- Available immediately

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Visit all 20+ communities weekly

- Lead a team of people

- Handle owner committees

- Ensure RERA compliance

- Manage service providers

- Crisis management

WORKING HOURS:

- Monday-Saturday (Friday field work)

- On-call for emergencies

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
