Job Purpose:

To manage and operate a coworking space that serves entrepreneurs, freelancers, and innovators. The role involves leading the team, organizing programs and events, attracting clients, and ensuring service quality in alignment with organizational goals.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or any relevant administrative discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship initiatives, programs, or projects
  • Strong knowledge of entrepreneurship and business development fundamentals
  • Good understanding of operational processes
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations and proper organization of resources and records
  • Supervise staff, support task completion, and coordinate with branch management
  • Oversee daily operational plans and ensure high-quality execution
  • Monitor operational KPIs and submit regular performance and achievement reports
  • Nominate and attract high-profile guests for events and programs
  • Attract potential clients to benefit from services and packages
  • Schedule and execute incoming programs and events in coordination with the team
  • Seek investment opportunities by engaging with official entities and individuals in the region
  • Ensure client satisfaction and service continuity by improving service quality
  • Promote funding products to clients
  • Supervise the implementation of accelerators and business incubators
  • Apply approved policies, procedures, and templates for operations
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to update website content
  • Implement quality management standards and ensure compliance
  • Approve quotations before sharing with clients
  • Prepare and review subscription contracts for management approval
  • Record all financial transactions and archive client documents digitally and physically
  • Follow up on routine maintenance needs and coordinate with project management
  • Monitor supply needs and coordinate accordingly
