About The Role

Some people manage buildings. This role builds communities.

The Community Manager at SATEL owns the social fabric of our residential portfolio designing and delivering experiences that turn neighbours into a community, and a lease into a lifestyle choice.

From weekly events and family programs to resident welcome experiences and loyalty initiatives, your work directly influences how people feel about where they live, and whether they choose to stay.

This Role Is Right For You If

  1. You walk into a room of people from five different countries and you know exactly how to bring them together.
  2. You understand what it means to design an experience for a family from Lebanon, a couple from France, and a professional from Saudi Arabia all living in the same building, and make all of them feel it was made for them.
  3. You don't wait to be told what the community needs, you feel it before they say it.
  4. You are as comfortable organizing a children's workshop as you are hosting an evening social for young professionals.
  5. You measure your success by whether people show up and whether they come back.

What You'll Own

  • You will design and execute a weekly schedule of community events across all managed communities covering every resident segment and age group. You will build and run dedicated programming for families and children, spanning educational, creative, physical, and social activities.
  • Every new resident will be contacted and welcomed within 72 hours of move in through a structured Welcome Program that reflects the character of each community.
  • You will conduct monthly satisfaction surveys, translate resident feedback into program improvements, and share insights with the Operations and Marketing teams. You will manage a resident loyalty program that makes renewal feel like an easy decision, and build partnerships with premium local brands to support it.
  • You will also generate authentic content from within the communities that feeds directly into SATEL's marketing channels, positioning our communities as the residential experience of choice in Riyadh.

What We're Looking For

Genuine passion for people and community building is essential. Experience in event planning, community management, hospitality, or residential experience is a strong foundation for this role.

You should be comfortable working with families and children across different age groups, and equally confident engaging young professionals and international residents.

You are creative, energetic, and highly organized, and you bring both Arabic and English to every conversation, because you will need both every day.

A background in hospitality, community management, or residential experience in a premium environment is a strong advantage.
