Community Manager Discord

We are looking for a passionate and organized Discord Community Manager (Mid-Level) to manage and grow our Discord community. The ideal candidate will engage with members, maintain a positive environment, and act as a bridge between the community and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities on our Discord server
• Engage with community members through chats, events, and announcements
• Enforce community rules and ensure a safe, respectful environment
• Respond to community questions, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner
• Coordinate with moderators and internal teams (marketing, game dev, support)
• Plan and execute community events, AMAs, contests, and campaigns
• Monitor community sentiment and share insights with the team
• Help grow the Discord community organically

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role
• Strong experience managing Discord servers
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally
• Understanding of online communities, especially gaming or tech communities
• Organized, proactive, and people-focused mindset

Good to Have

• Experience in gaming, Web3, or tech communities
• Familiarity with Discord bots and moderation tools
• Social media or community growth experience
