Community Outreach Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Outreach Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering relationships with community partners and ensuring the smooth operation of our community learning centers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with community partners to engage, onboard, support, and monitor community learning centers.
• Ensure operational efficiency, resolve issues, and provide periodic reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve partner engagement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Background in early education/literacy, preferably working with underserved communities.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to travel.

Role Details:

• Position Type: Hybrid role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
