Community Program Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a Community Program Coordinator to manage and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of community-based initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, program management knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between stakeholders, volunteers, and local partners. The Community Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth program delivery and maintaining Consejo Ciudadano MX LLC’s reputation for excellence in community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate community program activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams, volunteers, and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor program progress and prepare reports for management.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Handle communications related to program activities and outcomes.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to improve program efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s community development regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in program coordination or community engagement.
• Strong knowledge of program management processes and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
