Company Secretary

Steribio Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of injectable formulations (LVP), is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our team.

Job Title: Company Secretary
Department: Corporate / Legal / Compliance
Location: Sinhagad Road, Pune
Reports To: Managing Director / Board of Directors

Qualifications:

• CS qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) – mandatory

Experience:

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate compliance and secretarial work

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
• Prepare, review, and maintain statutory registers, records, and returns.
• Draft and file necessary documents, forms, and returns with MCA/ROC.
• Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Assist in drafting policies, agreements, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal consultants.
• Provide guidance on company law and secretarial best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
