  • Manage statutory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), corporate compliance, and regulatory reporting.
  • Facilitate Board of Directors’ meetings, including drafting agendas, circulating board packs, and recording minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Corporate Governance Regulations, and SECP directives.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including Memorandum & Articles of Association, bylaws, statutory registers, and board resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between the Company, the SECP, and other government authorities.
  • Manage and conduct Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), including preparation of notices, proxy statements, and statutory documents.
  • Oversee timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements. Monitor audit processes and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, including filing income tax and withholding statements, and manage liaison with tax authorities.
  • Develop and implement financial controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk management frameworks.
