We are seeking a highly qualified Company Secretary (CS) to oversee corporate compliance, governance, and statutory obligations for Maity Innovations Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will act as a key advisor to the Board of Directors and senior management, ensuring the company adheres to corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and best governance practices in India.
