We are looking for Qualified CS / Semi Qualified CS/ CS Trainee

Key Responsibilities:-

Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other relevant regulations.

• Prepare and file statutory documents, annual returns, and other MCA filings.

• Maintain statutory registers and records.

• Coordinate board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.

• Assist in company incorporation processes.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities and legal advisors.

• Support drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents
