About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and to support the company’s corporate governance framework. The role involves close coordination with management, regulatory bodies, and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.

Prepare, review, and maintain statutory registers, records, and filings (ROC, MCA, etc.).

Draft agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.

Assist in corporate governance matters and advise management on legal and compliance issues.

Handle incorporation, restructuring, amendments, and other corporate actions.

Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor changes in relevant legislation and ensure timely implementation.

Support management in secretarial audits and due diligence processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member).

2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial functions.

Strong knowledge of Companies Act, corporate laws, and regulatory compliances.

Excellent drafting, documentation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and MCA portal filings.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in IT/Technology or startup environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
